Join the most successful Strength & Conditioning Program in Central Minnesota!

Welcome to the 7th year of our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program! This program has increased the strength, speed, and power of athletes from all over central Minnesota and helped over 75 athletes continue on to sports in college (check our Alumni page!).  
Our program will train 2 or 3 days a week starting on Monday, June 1st to Friday,  August 28th, including in-season training for athletes that start fall sports in August. 

Schedule

3 Day Program - Monday/Wednesday/Friday
2 Day Program - Tuesday/Thursday
  
Due to restrictions from COVID-19 guidelines most of our classes are full. We do have a few spots open, please contact Rich at coachschimenek@gmail.com for more information. Please include your athlete's name, age/grade, school, and sports played and I will try to fit you in the schedule. 

College Program - Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday
  Our main 4 Day training program is full, however we are looking to add a class to help athletes that don't have access to their high school weightrooms throughout the summer. Please contact Rich at coachschimenek@gmail.com for more information.

Cost & Considerations

The 3 day training program will cost a total of $600 and the 2 day training program will be a total of $400. Registration and payment options for each program can be completed by clicking the blue bar at the bottom of the page and following the instructions. 
Payment options will be paid in full or 3 payments of $100 down, $250 or $150 in April and May for the 3 or 2 day program.
