Join the most successful Strength & Conditioning Program in Central Minnesota!
Welcome to the 7th year of our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program! This program has increased the strength, speed, and power of athletes from all over central Minnesota and helped over 75 athletes continue on to sports in college (check our Alumni page!).
Our program will train 2 or 3 days a week starting on Monday, June 1st to Friday, August 28th, including in-season training for athletes that start fall sports in August.
3 Day Program - Monday/Wednesday/Friday
- 8-9:30am - Volleyball, Gymnastics, & Dance
- 9:30-11am - Volleyball/Basketball, Football, Hockey
- 11am-12:30pm - Swimming
- 12:30-2pm - High School Hockey
2 Day Program - Tuesday/Thursday
- 8-9:30am - Girls Hockey
- 9:30-11am - Soccer Speed & Agility (New Program!)*
- 11-12:30pm - Football Speed & Agility (New Program!)*
- 12:30-2pm - Girls Soccer, Track, & Gymnastics
*Note: The 2 new speed programs will focus on all types of movement required for field sports including acceleration, straight line speed, deceleration, and change of direction. They will also include specific strength exercises to enhance our field training. This class is meant to compliment a standard lifting program and is perfect for athletes that lift at school and want some extra work. Limit 16 athletes per session. This program will cost a total of $300, and will end on Thursday, August 7th, before fall sports practice starts.

Cost & Considerations
The 3 day training program will cost a total of $600 and the 2 day training program will be a total of $400. Registration and payment options for each program can be completed by clicking the blue bar at the bottom of the page and following the instructions.
Payment options will be paid in full or 3 payments of $100 down, $250 or $150 in April and May for the 3 or 2 day program.
