Summer S&C group pic!
Welcome to the 8th year of our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program! This program has increased the strength, speed, and power of athletes from all over central Minnesota and helped over 75 athletes continue on to sports in college (check our Alumni page!).
Our program will train 2 or 3 days a week starting on Monday, May 31st to Friday, August 27th, including in-season training for athletes that start fall sports in August.
3 Day High School Program - Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Due to our pre-registration in January, most of our classes are full. We have limited space available, please contact Rich at firstname.lastname@example.org to get on the list!
2 Day Middle School Program - Tuesday/Thursday
This class will meet 9-10:30am and is open to athletes in 6th-9th grade. Contact Rich at email@example.com if you are interested in this class, please include your athlete's name, age/grade, school, and sports played.
College Program - Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday
We have a few spots left at 5am, please contact Rich at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Cost & Considerations
The 3 day training program will cost a total of $500 and the 2 day training program will be a total of $350. Registration and payment options for each program can be completed by clicking the blue bar at the bottom of the page and following the instructions.
