Welcome to the 12th year of our Summer Training Program! This program has increased the strength, speed, and power of athletes from all over central Minnesota and helped over 100 athletes continue on to sports in college (check our Alumni page!).
Our program will train 2 or 3 days a week with the schedule below:
"Stronger" 3 Day Strength & Conditioning Program - Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Class Times & Groups
8-9:30am - Girls Hockey, Volleyball, Softball
9:30-11am - Co-Ed Multi-Sport
11am-12:30pm - Co-Ed Swim, Volleyball, Softball
12:30-2pm - Boys Hockey

2 Day Middle School Strength Program - Tuesday/Thursday
We will have 4 Middle School Strength Programs this year, from 8am - Noon starting each hour. Based on interest and numbers some groups may be combined, however a communication email will go out before anything happens.

"Faster" & "Higher" 2 Day Programs - Tuesday/Thursday
These are our 2 new programs this year focused on athletes looking for a little extra speed or jump training. Our goal is to have 4 groups of 10-15 athletes meeting for an hour each Tues/Thurs between 8am - Noon.
Cost & Considerations
The 3 day training program will cost a total of $550 and the 2 day training program will be a total of $350. Registration and payment options for each program can be completed by clicking the blue bar at the bottom of the page and following the instructions.
